Our synthetic teak decks are designed for long-lasting durability, and both the manufacturing of each piece and its installation on the boat require specific techniques and processes that meticulously bring each project to life.
Once the piece is completed, it is installed on the boat with a two-component adhesive, sealing any potential leaks.
AN EFFICIENT WORK SYSTEM
Our goal is for you to enjoy your synthetic teak deck as soon as possible, which is why we follow a practical work system that allows us to spend minimal time on the boat and cause the least possible disruption to our clients.
Once your quote is confirmed, we will begin manufacturing the deck pieces and coordinate with you a day for their installation.
This entire process usually takes about 20–25 days. We want you to enjoy your new synthetic deck as soon as possible!
